There is a recently deposed tech who is actively persuing legal action based on improper, negligent and probable willful manipulation of field tech's pay. I know, because he called me and asked me about my payroll issues, whether I would be willing to testify, and/or become party to a class action suit (seems he's talked to both the local labor board and a lawyer).

Tax fraud in the states of TX, NJ, and WA. This email is proof that ATL is making the service tax go poof! Into the night of these states. Cheating the states of their service tax as well as the techs. The Attorney Generals of all states have a hard copy of the data tax evasion scam and records. I guess Jahmar let one slip by. None of the states listed are service tax exempt. We don't charge are customers the tax and we sure in hell don't pay for it either. It goes POOF! Into thin air. This is tax fraud on an grand scale ladies and gentalmen, and not to forget cheating the techs for years with their tax filings.
