ACS Practice makes perfect. Even in fraud

Well I have been contacted by fastcash's collection "attorney" as well. I filed an application last april, but my bank records show no deposit ever made. They are threatening to call my boss and file suit, even though their own terms of service state that all issues on either side will be handled by an arbitrator. I have contacted this arbitrator and they have not made any contact.
This company was sued in 2006 for over 2 million dollars for these practices.
What I do not understand is why the State AG lets them stay in business.
I have contacted the AG of CA and am going to file fraud charges against them. I am also contacting the US AG since this was done across state lines. I am hoping that if we get enough people, we can convince the AG charge them with insterstate wire fraud.

Funny that their terms of service get you to agree to not join a class action suit against them. They know how bad they are... Shame you cant sign that right away in all 50 states, so we can get a class action against them.
I wqill post later where, but I am going to star a website for people to sighn up to file a class action against them and their collection agency, ACS.
