I happened to buy a Bootcamp DVD and CD and book called "Remembering Wholeness". This was supposed to change my life. Well, it did. Over the past month and 1/2 I heard the cds and the audio was awful, as explained in this email to Mrs. Tuttle on March22:
Mrs. Tuttle:

I am sure that you do not remember me but I met you at the Forevergreen Conference in Salt Lake City, Ut, on March 3rd. I bought your Boot Camp package at 99$ for the conference special.

I have to say that I am greatly disappointed by the quality of the cds. I was listening to them while traveling to Phoenix after the conference and the sound faded in and out and there were times that you seemed to be VERY LOUD and times when you were too soft. Also there were pauses in the cds that seemed unnatural.

Now when I bought these cds and the package i thought that i would be getting excellent quality. I have purchased several cds and dvds and other items for the same reasonable price from other sources and the quality greatly surpasses the quality that you have given to me.

Also, I thought that there was going to be a lot of positive energy exuding from the cds, dvd, and book by you. The biggest problem of the whole package is that I did not get that positive energy from you. Again, a great disappointment.

As I know that you are a woman of integrity, I know that you will have no problem with refunding my money on return of these products that were sold to me in good faith (the cds, dvd, and book).

Could you please address this issue and inform me what a good solution of this misunderstand would be?
You expediency in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Since then I have called and called after sending the package in the mail, as their promise was to return the goods within 30 days and i would receive a refund.
Till today, April 27, NO REFUND.
I have a receipt that my package was received in their office on April 3.

I have repeatedly called their office to find out the status of the refund. I have been told that Mary Ann Williams, "... Is not here..." "... Is in a meeting..."
It seems that the ms Williams is so busy not being in the office and so busy in meetings that she cannot give me the satisfaction of returning my calls or refunding my money.

BEWARE of Carol Tuttle, "Remembering Wholeness", "Dressing Your Truth", "Becoming a Vibrant Woman" any product or seminar. She is of low quality worth and is not worthy of your time or money. A charlatan who is only interested in filling and lining her own pockets with your money.
