Scam charges on credit card, no customer service ripoff

Charged my credit card $109.95 for unrequested "services" and travel "rewards". Apparently stole credit card from an order placed with Victoria Secrets. Called customer service twice during business hours and only got recording.
Put amount in dispute with Visa. Many other complaints about this firm if you search the web.
