Ripoff - do not give them money

I called MGR back in October and completed there online application. Once I did that I received a call from a Sarh Falcon. She sent me the application book, i filled it out and of course sent them 449.00 dollors (Which I had to borrow from my father). She told me about the three denial letters and it would take about ten weeks to receive the first letter. After the 13th week went by with no phone calls from them I decited to call them. I spoke to a Matt Hernedez who told me my letter had been sent back to them. They said they had my address and zip wrong and they would send me an e-mail of the list of agenses to call and I should receive it in two to three business days (THIS WAS TWO WEEKS AGO). They are telling me that they had to let a manager go and they are 5 months behind.

And of course Sarh is no longer working there.
Please becarful and do not send them money!!!
