Ordered Italian - got Spanish. UNABLE TO CANCEL on-line OR by phone. Ripoff Internet

After respnding to some pop up dessert to get a free present, the purchase that I posted especially for German never
arrived.instead I obtained Spanish.
I've found it difficult to fix or even to stop. I'll happily return the error purchases to get a total return.
