Is an outlandish lying dirty SOB consumer rip-off fraud

On july the 13th I was contacted by Capital First about a credit card. I spoke with their repersentive Rynepte Pelle #rp234. She kept on until i finally listened. She promised a credit card from Capital First with a 2500.00 credit limit. All i had to do was pay 29.95 processing fee out of my checking account.

She said the card was interest free for 12 months. (Mastercard). An they would be sending a welcome package an to fill it out and return it ASAP so i could receive my card. She said once i received the card, their would be a one time processing fee of 59.95 and a 99.95 anual fee If i decided to keep the card, and if i changed my mind my money would be refundable. I asked her alot of questions and she assured me this offer was for real.

Well today is the 1st day of august and i didn't receive any package from First Capital. So i called the number Rynepte Pelle gave me. They asked me a ton of questions to verify that it was me they were talking to. Then after i went through being quized i was told it was a pay as you go card. I asked t speak to a supervisor i was told nobody was available, but i insisted for over 30 minutes and told her if she hung up i would keep calling no matter how long it took.

Finally i asked for their home office number she informed me she did not know it. An nobody in their office knew it. Then she told me the only thing she would do is to give me their corporate office address which was 18495 South Dixie, suite 228, Miami Flordia 33157, An their phone #866-892-6018.
