Capital First 1st is a ripoff

I received a phone call saying I had applied for a capital one credit card and that i would receive a master card with a $2500 dollar limit for a processing fee of $29.95 debited to my bank account. I got suspicious after I did not receive any card. But what I did get was a 104.00 Dollar charge to m account along with one for he 29.95.

I asked the woman if she the the company was an affilliate of capital one. So I believe her since I had applied for that card. The toll Free number they give you is always busy. I would like to hear from more of you that have been ripped off maybe we can bring suit against the state of florida for letting these people operate.
