Ripoff took money without authorization never sent pkg till this day consumer fraud ripoff

This is a letter I sent to them on 9/18/02 express mail.

To Whom It May Concern:

I would like to tell you that I have been mislead and mistreated by your representative that are answering the phone on the phone number 1-866-892-6018. I called today to find out why your company gave out my private banking information to another company. The lady or girl that answered the phone (Kim) was very rude and did not let me speak with a supervisor nor transfer me to another department that would be able to help me out.

I asked her to play back the recording that authorized your company to give out my information and she said NO. I have other credit cards and when I had asked them before to listen to my recording they had no problem playing it back to me. The customer service department at the above mentioned phone number is terrible. Every time I call to find out where my package is every person who answered the phone kept giving the run around. Till this day I have not received the package.

I never new this credit card was a pay and use card. I was told I had a $2500.00 credit limit. It was misleading. My credit is excellent and I have no need for a reestablishing credit, credit card. I would like my money back. All I have had with this company is headaches. I have a proof of debit number which is R01-091302.

There were 3 withdrawals from my account. One was done on 7/24/02 for the amount of $29.95. See page 2 of the attached statement. Two and Three where made on 8/14/02 for the amounts of $99.95 and $59.95, see page 4 of the attached statement for a total refund of $189.85.
