Nuffstuff4 ripoff

Nuffstuff4 borrowed $2,800 from us to further her e-bay antique business. We gave her some items to sell for us and she was to give us 50% of the proceeds. Since she is in business for herself she did not report the gain of the $2,800 for income tax purposes.

Nuffstuff4 approached us via a phone call and asked us if we would falsely bid on some of her articles she wanted to sell and get more for them. We refused.in retaliation she said we would never get the money or items back. She lied and said she would sell some items for us on e-bay and give us 50%. Now she says we gave the items to her to keep. We have gotten threatening e-mails from her.

We have written complaints to e-bay, Massachusettes Attorney General, Boston Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). They have indicated to us that we would have to file a lawsuit which is impossible because we live in Arizona and she lives in Quincy, MA.
