I received a letter on 3/15/07 about an account that was closed Nov. 2000 ripoff

I received a letter from this company on 3/15, about an account that was closed on November. I called them and they told that they have been contacting me since this account opened and I told them i never received a letter from them and they told me they were taking legal actions against me and they were going to file a judgement against me.
