Unauthorized withdrawls from my account, over $400 stolen ripoff

I have tried everything to get my $ back and it is pointless. I have called and called. I finally had to cancel the account they were dipping in to.

I then recieved a letter that said they have returned my money into my account (no amount stated, it was a generic form letter) and that was well after I had closed it so how exactly did they return it to me? Yeah Right!

I am a single mother of 3, work full time and I am in college full time. They are preying on the very people who CAN'T afford it.
