Unauthorized charge to my bank account for $39.95!

Being a single mother, part time worker, and full time college student, I have been looking for grants to help me through school. My mother forwarded this website to me to get information on how to obtain government grants. The website offered a cd to assist for $2.99. The company charged my account the $2.99 AND THEN 6 days later, they again charged my account $39.95.

I just called them on their 866 number and have been informed that this charge would be recurring EVERY MONTH until I cancelled it. So I cancelled it. I received a confirmation number for this conversation and have been told that my money will be refunded within 3-5 days. We'll see.
