Ripoff i'm being charged for a course I never started I never had a computer i sent the course back

Ecause of high interest rate and no computer i never started the course, so i sent the physical course back (admittenly late) so they got a collection agency after me called cacv of nj to collect i called them to cancel 2-3 times sent the course back certified mail. The original fee was $3000 went up to $7000. I refuse to pay for something i never started. Cbt direct should pay back mbna bank not me.
