Wilshire Credit Rip off forclusre threat for their fault

Wilshire credit is threatening forclosure for a type error in my property taxes. When the mortgage was sold to them, they sent me a letter stating my payment would be 338.0 higher due to a higher escrow amount.

I requested an analysis from them. They did one and found the error. Their initial paperwork stated my property taxes were 4400.00 per year. The analysis showed an amount of 2200.00. They informed me they would make the correction, but it would take 90 days and i would need to pay the higher amount. I explained that my family could not afford to make the higher amount.

After seeking advice form my local housing authority, they informed me Wishire should have made the corrections immediately.

At this point Wilshire is threatening forclosure and said they will not work with me. I am willing to file class action suit. They must be stopped!
