This company "National Loss Mitigation Services" and Marvin Kessler-Owner, located in Coral Springs, Florida are offering people who are in the Foreclosure process different options in order for them to solve there situation. He charge $1,000.00 or one month mortgage payment what ever is higher and offer them different options in order to work with the bank to stop the foreclosure procedings. He offers Forberance agreements plan, loan modifications plans, listings agreements plans, bail out plans, etc.

The company that I'm working with, create a relationship with this individual. I bring some clients that are in this situation and Mr. Kessler charge money in advance for his services; he did not do the job. Took the money and until this moment none of this files have been work, clients are getting citations to be in court and most of them are facing the lost of there homes in 30 or 60 days.
Due to this situation the company that I work with has terminated Mr. Kessler.
