Complete scam company! Do not trust in loss mitigation!

This company is a complete scam, they sent me a post card that stated so many false facts that can be considered fraud, they state they are a HUD housing Authority and they are NOT, and have nothing to do with HUD. They also state they are located in Virginia which i found was a completely different companies address, and this company was an acctuall loss mitigation company that had been around for over 25 years, Fix the Foreclosure stated to us they could Guarantee my foreclosure would be stopped and i contact Fanny May who said that is impossible no company can Guarantee that type of program. Also they state on their site they are the most trusted name in loss mitigation... How can that be when they have been around for less than 3 months? Also that info was stolen from the companies web site they pretend to be with. They also state on the card "These programs provide a homeownder who is in foreclosure the opportunity to apply for a hardship reprieve which will allow the foreclosure to be STOPPED IMMEDIATLEY, i contact HUD and they told me that was a complete falst statement. They also state they are apart of the BBB they are NOT apart of the BBB and use that information fradulently to get clients caught into their scam, Also they state they are apart of the Association of Loss Mitigation Services, which i have yet to be able to verify since that is the only Association that dosnt have a web site... Kind of strange isnt it? Also their Testimonials on the web site they offer are bogus, they are dated back in 2007 i contacted the company they claimed to be with when i called and they stated that Fix the Foreclosure has only been doing mitigation since Nov if that is the case how do they have Testimonials from Augest, September, and October??? Kind of weird a company has testimonials before they even start in Loss Mitigation.

This company cannot be trusted they are a complete scam, i feel sorry for anyone that has delt with them like i almost did, good thing i did my research frist.
