Placed Unauthorized Charge on my Mastercard and won't Refund It

Unauthorized charge in the amount of $99.99 showed up on my Mastercard for something called "Great Fun". I called to have it removed, I had no idea what it was and never signed up for it. Customer Rep told me I must have cashed or deposited an $8.00 check they had sent me to activate membership. I told them I NEVER cashed or deposited such a check and I wanted PROOF that I had. Of course they could not provide proof. They gave me a cancellation code and said they'd take it off my Mastercard.

Well, they only took $70.52 off my card and left a remaining balance of $29.47! I've been trying to call them all day and keep getting a busy signal (how convenient!). My Mastercard is through Orchard Bank and they refuse to take responsibility for it and tell me that if I don't pay off the $29.47 I'll get billed for late payment fees!

I can see this snowballing into hundreds of dollars if I don't just pay off the $29.47. I'm FURIOUS and can't get anyone to help me with this!
