Is club pogo ripping its members off ripoff

Club pogo is charging millions of people 39.95 a year and there chargeing for badges and games. There suppose to be giving away prizes and jack pot money but when ever some one wins people goes to find these people and they dont seem to exist is pogo taking all this money and not giving out like they should be? If this is the case they need to be investigated and some thing needs to be done about false advertising and fraud. This company is making millions of dollars a year and i dont see where there giving any back to the players. Thank you.
