Fradulent charges, rude, sham, dishonest billing

I signed up their "FREE TRIAL" and knew that after the trial period that I would be charged $49.99. I cancelled before that time period was up. I learned that they billed me the $49.99 regardless of my cancellation.

They have been billing me $49.99 since November. I don't know what to do. I can't afford to have my money stolen like this.

I have tried to call them repeatedly. I have encountered phone number changes, RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, customer service reps, not being able to speak with supervisors, told that their system was down and to call back Monday.

These bad people working for this bad company owe me $ 199.99. It will be $49.99 more if I don't do something. March will make it a grand total of $249.95. Remember, I cancelled in Nov.
