Metro Access Transmission Services dishonest fraudulent billing, terrible customer service, said i owe one amount and charge me a differnt amount ripoff

In September i received a phone call from an MCI representative, telling me that since MCI has merged with Verizon they will no longer be able to provide me with service.

If i would like they can transfer me over to a Verizon representative to set up a new plan, which i did.

The next month i got a bill from MCI i called up Verizon to find out whats going on, they said that MCI did not allow them to take over the account.

So i did not pay my MCI bill waiting for them to shut off my phone which the did in the end of October i first called MCI to get my final balance i paid it and i let them know that i do not want to be provided with service.
I called Verizon set up a regional and long distance plan the next month i received 2 bills one from Verizon and one from MCI that included outstanding balance and charges for long distance.

I called MCI to find out why I'm being billed they said that this outstanding balance was never paid because when you called in to pay it wasn't available to the representative yet. About the long distance the credited the account but i still get a bill every month from both verizon and MCI which has forced me not to pay both bills MCi claims (which is not true) that i always had long distance plan "I DID NOT" they keep on crediting that.

I receive daily calls from MCI anywhere from 8:00 am - 9:00pm cancelation letters despite numerous requests to stop the calling they will not stop.

It is a mistake they made which i should not be held accountable for and they should stop calling and harassing me.
