Sends a gospel and religion audio only CD, and adds charges later without telling you ripoff

I ordered a $3.87 "KIT" about federal grants that I would also have "online access". I did not receive anything but an AUDIO CD when inserted, labeled "Gospel and Religion", I believe it was 51 minutes long. To top it off, when I ordered this "KIT" it said nothing about membership, which I carefully read!
But when I received the CD it says "And now, FGN rewards you for a membership". I call the company up, and ask them how much the membership is etc. They had told me they already have payment for the first month ($49.95)! This "payment" (I call it theft) was done only a week after (but I hadn't seen it on my bank statement yet). So I tell him no money should be coming out of my account, or I will be reporting! Well, he puts me on hold, then tells me he will be issueing a refund. Then comes back, and tells me he can't do that!
I start spitting out legal facts and how what they did was illegal, and he goes to transfer me to "corporate" and they hang up on me!
I called the Bank, they told me I had to cancel my card and file a fraud affidavit.
