MCI is blocking collect calls from their families and friends unless you have a plan or account setup with MCI! These people are wrong in doing this and trying rip off family and friends of people who are in prisons! It's not right that they charge outragous charges for these calls to start with, but now will block you and not bill your local phone company for the charges! So without warning they block the calls and leave your loves ones thinking your do not want to receive calls from them when it's MCI's doing not yours! And the states are taking kickbacks from MCI to let them have the department of corrections accounts!
