MCGC has scammed yet another unsuspecting person

MCGC does not respond to any phone calls or inquiries. They did a search on my last name, found me, located all of my personal information including my business address and social security number and have applied this debt to my credit report. I have since found out that the original debt was for a gentleman who had died in 1993. All of this over $47.08.

I just found all of this out today, February 6. How are these companies allowed to get away with this? They are ruining what so many people has built and the amount of time and effort to correct these problems is incredible.
