Straight out ripoff, stole my money and won't respond even to registered letter that brown signed for!

The collectors internet is a rip off. I sent a order for a commemorative half dollar $1350.00 and the check was cashed five months ago, six weeks after check was cashed i received an Email saying the coin i was trying to buy was a fake and i could receive a refund but when i ask repeatedly by email and regular mail and received no responce. I sent a registered letter that was signed for by mr. Brown and still have not heard any responce after six weeks. I sent a complaint to the Los Angeles County DA and am currently working on mail fraud charges with my local DA.
