I have a capitol one credit card that went to collections. It went to some minor collectors then I got a letter from the Law Offices of James A West out of texas. Well I sent them a certified Debt Validation Letter. I got no responce, and then I received a letter from The awesome Love Beal and Nixon! I looked them up on the computer to see if I could find some dirt on them and from what I understand they sound like a joke. I have sent them a debt validation certified letter, which they received on the 8th I believe. And im waiting for a responce.

Well when they do respond, what should be my next step?
I would appreciate any help on this.
