Ripoff, internet fraud, ebay seller thief

I bid on a guitar on ebay with the company named Liquid_Entertainment. I won the auction, and mailed a check to Jessie Gonzales for the order. He then cashed my check, and now refuses to contact be, either by phone, e-mail, or letter.

J. Gonzales stole $41.83 from me, and I have reported him to the E-Bay Square Trade, Ebay Fraud, Orange County Police Department, FBI Internet Fraud, & the Mayor's office of California.

I have called him many times, and he will not respond.

I have sent countless e-mails, and none of them are answered.

I have his signature on the back of my check, and am going to take any steps necessary to get my money back.
