Dishonest fraudulent billing. Has been taking money from debit acct. Even after i contacted them months ago. Ripoff

I stupidly gave them my acct.# expecting to cancel as they told me I could. They attemped to remove $149.00 from my acct. Before the free trial date expired and before I recieved their mail. When i recieved their mail i called them and attempted to cancel all buisness with them. I talked with #122 Tracy Cabahug and she assured me no more money would be taken. I later discovered that they couldn't get the $149.00 because the funds were not there, but the bank hit me with insuficient funds.

They were supposed to re-emburse me but didn't.

They have continued to take $19.95 from my acct. Every month since then causing more havoc with my acct. I didn't even realize it until recently. I'm not sure how many months ago this started, maybe 4 or 5. I've called and get no satisfaction.
