Removed unauthorized funds from acct. And i never even heard of them

I was looking at my checking acct. And i saw a 1.00 removed from my acct. From your saving club. I called on 1/14/08 and was unable to reach a breathing person but i did cancel the so called memership. I don't know how they recieved my debit card info but i do know i did'nt give to them. I'd never heard of them until last night when i noticed funds removed. I will be calling my bank to file a disbute to recover missing funds. I hope you guy's can stop them from doing this to other people. Thank you.
