I spent $48 on a set of books and only received one book. Ripoff

Education & Science

This cute young gal named "Diana" came to my door one day asking me to support her efforts in earning a trip to another country for scholastic reasons, she mentioned she lived in my neighborhood. She was selling Discover books in sets and individually, claiming I can even buy them and they would donate the purchase to a specified charity (yeah, herself! LOSER!) I purchased a set of four books for my son using my credit card... Yikes! Although my reciept was vague, I didn't see much room to question the situation, even though I've never seen this gal in my neighborhood, things we discussed seemed to be familiar to her. I felt uneasy about her at first and she managed to find ways around that. She should go to Hollywood, I guess 'cuz she was a good actress. My purchase only amounted to $48 but of course this concerns me, I worry now that she has my credit card number on file and the damages could be much worse. I certainly hope you catch these gals, this is not a funny situation. How amazing for a young gal to want to destroy her young life this way and expect she won't get caught.
