Never order online again ripoff

I bought the 2 stroke pocket atv 50cc for a christmas present with the understanding that you can adjust the speed down to 5 mph. I made sure before I ordered that the speed was adjustable even on the site the 3-d lady said that it is because it goes 33mph and that is to fast for my kids. When I got it found out that you CAN NOT ADJUST THE SPEED... I called them they first told me you could then they said I would have to let a mechanic adjust it, I called a mechanic he told me you couldn't on twist grips, then my daughter rode it one day and the clutch locked up and now it wont run BRAND NEW $450.00 GONE... I called they wont return my calls they are rude and I got something for them I have a lawyer I am going to take them to court and do whatever I got to do to get their licenses REVOKED... They messed with the wrong one... I wish i had seen this site before i ordered...
