Ordered almost a month ago and never received item Ripoff

I ordered a 50cc pocket ATV for a christmas present on 12-6. I was told we would receive this in 7 days and i would be emailed a tracking number. Well, i continued to call and on 12-18 i received a tracking number. I kept checking this number and was told by the shipping company several times this was never shipped. I contacted Legion Global a dozen times and they said the shipping company lied it was shipped. I kept getting hung up on and the men were very rude to say the least. I kept getting the answer you will receive it today. Well today never came.

Finally, on 12-26 i called again. They then proceeded to tell me that for whole month of december they were out of them and they just now got some in so it will be shipped immediately. I got yet another tracking number and still nothing. They charged my credit card the day i bought it and i have nothing to show for it! They told me i would have this on 12-28. Im not sure how they have been out of these considering they have been selling them on an online auction website.

On their website they claim to have the fastest shipping possible and best customer service. I have found this to be nothing close to the truth! I plan on filing a lawsuit against this company. Honestly from what i read if and when i get this it probably wont even run!
I strongly suggest that you take your money and spend it elsewhere. This company is a fraud and needs to be put out of business. With all the complaints filed against them on different websites im not sure how they are even still in business.
