Unauthorized billings and rip-offs

I received a CD with sender address "The C-S Center, Inc. P O Box 910669, St. George, Utah 84790" on it. Wondering who it is, I opened the package to find a CD with 'FastAuctionProfit - Learn to make money with Ebay today!' on it. Prior to this I had never dealt with this company.

On Dec 15th, 26th and 27th they deducted $1.97, $49.95 and $16.95 respectively from my account for an order I didn't place. When I contacted their customer service on 1 (866) 6520479, they said it was non-refundable and they directed me to the corporate department for redress on 1 (800) 5953986. They insisted I had ordered from them, and worse of all, they sent confirmation emails to my yahoo.com account - which I don't have. I have a yahoo.co.uk account! They have to pay back every cent they stole!
