Pm Fastauction.com Or Pm Keywords.com rip off my banck account three times gave bank false phone numbe

I bought a cd from them for 1.99 and they have continued to charge my account three times twice under the name of pm fast auction.com and once under pm keywords.com they gave a invaled phone number to the bank. And i can not find a phone number or address for them. I do have the adress on the package which is
