Ripoff fraudulent charges for no product Consumer Beware

On Dec. 22nd I paid $1.97 for a CD to show me how to make money selling on ebay. I never received the CD. I recently went over my checking account and found 2 charges in my check card holds one for pmfastauction ($49.95) and one for pmkeywords ($16.95).
I immediately contacted my bank's loss management dept. And filed a fraud report. Since the $49.95 and $16.95 were still in the pending/holds, it will be credited back to my account as well as the $1.97. I've been issued a new card.
People PLEASE be aware when making transactions online! What may seem to be legitimate can easily be your worst nightmare!
