Told me that they were not going to take any money but they had to make sure I had a vaild checking account

In the beginning of Dec I recieved a phone call about building my credit, they told me that they do not go by your credit report but if you had a vaild checking account and are over 18 you can get a credit card for 2000 dollars, about a week goes by and I get my monthly bank statement they took $200.00 out of my account the day after we spoke on the phone. They told me they would send me papers to sign before any money was taken, my bank statement just had a email address no nuymber when I looked it up online I saw that they have done this too many people. Oh yeah the woman told me I would recieve gas vouchers but i have not gotten anything at all, and everytime I call answering machine, I called the BBB and I am waiting to get the papers to report them, the thing that gets me mad is that they know at Xmas people need the money and I really could not believe they do this to hundreds of people. I hope everyone reports them and we all get our money back!
