Couldn't be anything else, but a scam

I had responded to 4 of these letters from the N.A.C. The first had asked confirmation of my name and address and had offered a? Premium Offer? Of a coupon booklet for only $11.89. It seemed harmless enough, and I figured I would atleast get a booklet if I didn't win the million.
I sent my check out on Nov. 17. On Dec. 7, I received another letter to? Affirm my entry? The 2nd letter again, offered the? Premium Offer? Of the booklet. I sent back the form, signed, along with a letter indicating that I still have not received the initial booklet I sent $11.89 for, and a copy of my check that was cashed on Nov. 27.
Since then, I have received 2 other forms, all stating some kind of? Premium Offer? I sent all the forms back, without taking advantage of anymore? Offers?
I got the 5th letter today and was prompted to research N.A.C. After reading all the other reports, I felt I had to share my story to stop any doubts whether N.A.C. Is a scam or not.
It clearly is... Learn from my ignorance.
