The company, National Awards Commission send this somewhat official letter stating that they are holding 30 payments of 20.000.00 to be disbursed in International Prize Draw 061. Then they ask for you to select how you would like to recieve the payment, either 30 checks of 20.000.00 or a lump sum of 312.000.00. Then you must send the form back to them with your signature and a payment of 9.89 in order to receive the premium offer.
