They took my money, lied to me about my check and keep hanging up the phone on me ripoff New York New York

At first I got a call in August and a lady name Jill kept nagging me and calling me. I agreed to there term but when I called to cancel I kept getting no response and no return calls. 2weeks later I get a phone call and they cancel my process.

Then last Tuesday a guy name Erwin called and said hey Derrick you was approve for a $8200 grant and the check is here do you want to progress further so I ask him this seem like a scam, and he assure me when I pay my $299 the next day or two my $8200 will be put in my account, because that money i used was savings for my car repair. I called last Friday on the 8th and he told me to call back on Monday 11th.

When Saturday the 9th came around the money was taking out. So I called Monday, and Some guy said Erwin is at the Doctors and he won't be in today call back Tuesday. So it was very funny 8min later The number been using to call Erwin shows up so I answer it and that other guy said is Robert Anderson there and I said no and gave him my name. The guy then said Oh sorry and hung up real quick.

Now Tuesday the 12th of December comes along and now its Wednesday and I called the Supervisor number which is a California number 213-341-0276 and 518-907-4185 NY number and no one calls me back, or pick up the phone! I'm piss and so mad that Since i was in the USMC i got mad resources to use i'm getting them back for this.
If anyone can help me or is going to file lawsuit or no how to get in contact with those people let me know
