Received a $10 check that makes me a member - but no cancellation instructions!

Company sent me a $10 check that if I cash entitles them to detract 119.99 annual membership fee for the first year and $129.99 for the second year and thereafter. They say that I can cash the check and cancell the membership within 30 days with no obligation - but they don't give any indication HOW to cancel!!
