Fraudulant Billing, Threatening letter, criminal charges against Us ripoff

My husband recieved a letter from this company stating that he had bounced a check at sunglass hut in Pasco Washington in 1999. When my husband contacted them he said he need proof that he had wrote this check he was told that they could not provide that.in the letter it stated that criminal charges would be brought against him if he did not pat the amount of 237.00 in Arizona where we live.

I told my husband that was not possible because the check was not written in this state and only washington could charge him with this crime. We decided to look this company up and found this site. Thnx for posting We then called the company and told them that they where caught and that we would be filing charges with the attorney generals office
