Omni Meat And Seafood Distributor Not calling back, dont want to deal with the complain, rude on the phone when spoke to ripoff

I purchased a $500 worth of steak and seefood. I tried the steaks (three different kinds) and all of them was not good, my wife and I cooked six steaks and took three bites of each to try and all was not good. I called the office three different days and the same receptionist answered all the time, she told me that she would get a manager to call me back but did not hear from them within a week and a half until I called again and finaly was able to speak to a manager but was only to tell me to speak to the sales rep.

I called the sales rep but he did not answer and I left a message. I did not get a call back in a week so I called again. When spoked with him (Erin) he had the guts to be upset with me a costumer, telling me that I only had 72 hours to cancel and that was stated on the piece of paper he gave me to sign. But he never gave me a piece of paper to sign stating such thing, I only sign the receit for my credid card. So now they are telling me that I cant get my money back, they can only replaced the meat which I dont even want to eat any of the meat from them. And I dont want a replacement, I want my money back.

After reading the other complain from this website I dont even want to try the seafood, I wish I can give them back all this product because its taking up all the space on my freezer. Do not but any product from this company, learn from us who have been ripped off. I am trying for my credit card company to do a dispute on this matter, I hope I get a good result. Misleading, mis advertising, sales representative (Erin) is a liar.
