Terrible Customer Service

I had this salesman come to me door on Halloween. He said he was from Iowa Steaks and that a lady had backed out of this order and he needed to get it sold, and that he was going to give me a good deal. He quoted me a price of $2 a steak. I paid $448 for two of their "steak boxes" whereas they are normally $495 a piece. This salesman was oone of thos pressure salemen, who rush you into the decision, giving me the line "I have to get back home to take my kids trick or treating." After he left I figured out the prices, and they were charging me $11 a pound on their meat. I can go to the local grocery store and get somthing for $5 a pound. I called the customer service, and they did call me right back on a Saturday, which I thought was a good sign. The same guy that came to my door called me and was very snotty saying "Well, I thought I was being a nice guy giving you that kind of deal." I have had to continually call them this week to get a straight answer as to when they are coming back to get the meat that is sitting in my freezer. I had to put stops on my checks because I do not trust this company at all. So BEWARE if you go this company, they have the worst customer service. I do not know about their product as I have not tried it.
