One phone call led to a pkg. Left on my steps with no invoice and $474.92 billed to my credit card.
A Certified letter was immediately sent to the company and ignored as three more boxes arrived, all billed in the same amount! There is a word that rhymes with itch that perfectly decribes Valerie Hoffman.
