Customer purchased product with promises of a weekly order. Demanded extra samples be included in the order. Our turn around time was stellar. They had the product in less than a week with USPS delivery confirmation to prove it. We received very unprofessional emails from Valerie stating that the product was received two weeks later, that it was unsatisfactory, and demanded a refund. Two weeks hadn't even passed since her order! Upon further research several complaints have been filed against this woman and her companies. Now we know we're not crazy! Do not sell to this woman and even more importantly, do not send her any free goods. She's been trolling the internet for years to receive free products. All we have to say is— what goes around, comes around Valerie:).
