Scam artists take money out of bank unauthorized Ripoff

My name is nicole and i have recently been scammed by this company there was a unauthorized charges for 159.95 taken out of my account by this company immediately upon noticing the charges to my account i contacted my bank and filed a fraud report and had to close my accout which is currently being investigated i have since contacted monterey bank which is the company that withdrew the money but claim they are no more than a subsidiary bank that takes care of charges for this company upon receiving the number to edp reporting i waited on hold over and over got an operator once who claims just takes messages and on several more occasions was referred to their web site which of course would like you to enter all your personal identification information again and then claim all customer service is a chargeable service as if i am really going to do that. I am currently filing a police report against this company not only did the fraudulently obtain my account information and ach debit my account but did it under my maiden name which has not been my valid legal name since march.. I would like to be included in any and all actions taken against this company
