Repeatedly send merchandise not ordered by me, charging my credit card, and I refuse delivery from the Post Office

This outfit sends unordered merchandise repeatedly to me, charging my credit card the number of which I gave them when responding to a "free sample" offer for which I was required to pay postage and handling.

I have repeatedly called them at the various phone numbers indicated on my credit card billing to no avail.in addition to the "aka" names above, they also go by other names: (aka) TDN Hldg/Hoodia (aka) PH LABS*Hoodia (aka) Trugenix. Each name carries it own unique telephone number, but when you call any one of them you get the identical machine answering message.

I have repeatedly requested my Master Card organization to stop taking orders from this bunch of crooks, but they have done nothing on my behalf to stem the tide of charges. I have asked them repeatedly for assistance to no avail.
