Ripoff, falsification, wrongful charges, hang-up

Several months ago I ordered a free sample of ultralife fitness PM. My husband sent the sample back, boldly emblazoned with 'Return to sender! The next month I received another bottle and once again returned them with, 'Return to sender! Cancel! Written on the package, and this time in red marker.

For three months I have been receiving charges of 24 dollars a month on my credit card. I have contacted people through numbers I found online, but to no avail and to being hung up on.

I tried the 888 number that is on my credit card statement, and keep getting the recording that all operators are busy, please call again, and a hang-up.
Is this really a company? Do we need to start a class action suit against them? Even my credit card company can't get any satisfaction.
