Fraud ripoff they belong in jail

Ultralife Fitness aka ULK Burn PM continues to charge my credit card even though I asked them to stop. I even received a cancellation number from them. I have tried e-mails & phone calls. I am trying to work with the bank, but feel like I am getting nowhere. I agreed to 1 free sample like so many other people and each month my card is getting charged. I was told Mr. William Jackson is the owner of the company & only he can issue a credit. The problem is Mr. Jackson can't be reached by phone or e-mail. He does not respond to US mail either.
