Promissory Note rip-off

A friend of a friend introduced me to Behzadi, Bahman who needed money to open a rehab center of drug and alcohol (Serenity Manor).

As a student I cashed out every cent I had plus I loned money and used my credit cards to give this very persuasive man the money for six months in exchange for a dead of trust which I am not so sure if anything will be left after the forclousure...

This guy never made the last two monthly payments according to the promissory note and the promissory note expierd September 15th and since then he been promissing that he will pay as soon as the escrow closses for a property he refers to which he is not able to provide any escrow instruction or any proof and he is not accesable anymore and he does not accept incomming calls on he's cell phone.

If anyone out there has experienced something similar i would love to talk to you...
